Our ARC Monthly Membership equips Black and historically marginalized community members with the necessary tools and resources needed to aid them as they heal from trauma, break generational curses, and journey through to the other side of healing.

Integrative and holistic wellness is approaching healing by looking at all parts of the human experience (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual), utilizing a wide range of fields and techniques to bring about harmony for the whole person.

Our workshops and programs are public, as we have an open-door policy. However, what happens during these programs and services does not leave our center. For certain services, confidentiality waivers will be used. In other workshops or Zoom video meetings, we will announce if and when recording will take place. We understand the value of your trust and take precautions to safeguard it. If and when it is necessary, we will provide a detailed description of the ethical code that governs our relationships to the members.
