Mental Health in the Workplace
Poor mental health is one of the main reasons why people miss work. Our mental health training is an affordable way to encourage mental wellbeing in your organization. Through our consultancy and training sessions, we at AGATA Resource Centre will provide your organization with the education, tools and resources needed to create a mental health strategy, meet the needs of your teams and staff at all levels, and build or improve on any strategies currently in place.
Raising awareness of workplace mental health has never been more important. Whoever you are and whatever you do for work, we’re here to support you.

Seniors Circle
AGATA Resource Centre’s Senior’s Circle Day Program (SCDP) is designed to provide a supportive environment for racialized seniors residing in the Greater Toronto area through the delivery of client-centered services. We bring together isolated seniors who want to improve their overall wellbeing, learn new things, and make friends.
Our social recreation program and support services are geared to helping seniors maintain their mental health and well-being, and optimize their independence.

Mental Health 101
It’s important to remember that mental health is more than just mental illness, it is our overall state of wellbeing, including both positive and negative emotions. Talking about mental illness can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. These conversations are often the most important discussions to have.
Our Mental Health 101 program provides an open table to voice any questions or concerns you might have about mental health conditions. Whether you’re learning about mental health, a mental health professional, or would just like to know more, we’re happy to help!
